I need to add meta (composer, bpm, key, etc) to the wav files I make. You can use Mp3tag to export metadata to text output as usual. Have a look at Adobe Audition, Wavelab, Awave and other applications too. Search the internet for "EBU chunk writer" or so. When you use this app, you need to work on files in the Finder, not in iTunes, so it’s best to use Metadatics before adding files to iTunes. BEXT chunk to the WAV file, following the EBU standard.
